Installation Instruction and Yuken Piston Pump

I. Installation of pump and piping :

1 . The mounting location

- Place the pump is fitted to the oil suction line .

- Door to pour oil is located in the up position .

2 . Connect the pump shaft

- To connect the pump and motor shaft together , it is best to use rubber couplings to avoid stress due to bending , impact force caused

- Eccentricity allows smaller 0.1 mm ( .004 inches ) TIR 0.25 mm and allows angle error below 0.2 degrees.

- Large eccentricity will lead to bearing failure , septic pump .

3 . Piping IN, OUT

Suction pressure at the pump line at somewhere between -16.7 and + 50 kPa . For the entrance pipe , tube diameter equal to the diameter of the flange hole standard . Make sure that the height of the pump in less than 1 meter from the level of oil in barrels

In case of installation on the oil pump , oil filter pipe smoking and smoking should be placed at the lower position to avoid pump air into the suction line

4 . Install exhaust pipe

- Install exhaust pipe according to the guidelines below, the pressure in the pump casing box under 0.1 MPa and 0.5 MPa pressure underflow .

- The length of less than 1 m exhaust pipe and end of the pipe should be submerged in oil .

5 . The exhaust of the pump

- If there is air in the pump and pipe , it leads to vibration . So the exhaust valve assembly ( Model : ST - 1004 - * -10 ) Out on the street .

II . Operation

Follow the steps below . :

1 . Before the operation , pour clean oil poured into the pump through the door on the pump until filled . If this is neglected , fire pump will be damaged or completely

2 . Adjust the control valve to discharge oil from the pump directly back to the tank or actuators operate without load status

3 . Turn the switch ON , OFF engine to check

• Pump rotating upright appointed under the arrow on the nameplate or not

• Pump has good oil smoke or not

4 . If you do not have any problem after checking the above steps , the pump continues to operate

5 . Adjustable pressure and flow

Pump the manufacturers adjust the maximum flow and minimum pressure .

Depending on the situation can be adjusted using the flow and pressure , respectively .

a. Adjustable pressure :

Pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase reservoir pressure and vice versa

Pressure changes according to the rotation of adjustment screw is shown in the table below :

b . Adjust flow :

Adjustment screw clockwise flow meter output will decrease and vice versa . Save the output changes according to the rotation adjustment screw and flow adjustment smallest value is shown below :
