Warranty Policy

During use if you experience any problems or bugs due to client users can communicate directly with the service center of the company or the customer service department of the company to get help

I. Warranty:

Product Warranty is : overcoming failures , technical problems occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer .

II . Warranty provisions :

- Products are free warranty if the product longer warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery .

- The warranty period is recorded on the warranty card and the provisions of each manufacturer for all technical problems .

- There stamps warranty and warranty on products company .

III . These cases are not covered :

- Products which have expired warranties or lost votes recorded on the warranty card .

- Stamps warranty seal is torn , broken , crushed or paste was modified .

- Warranty card not specify the serial number and date of purchase.

- The number of machines on the product can not be determined or wrong than the number recorded on the machine warranty .

- The product is damaged due to mechanical action drop, break , bump , scratch , warp , moisture , rust , water flow or due to fire , natural disasters cause .

- Products signs damaged by rodents or insects invade .

- Use proper guidebooks , misuse voltage regulation .

- Arbitrarily dismantling , repair by the technician or individual not authorized by the Crown Forces .
